… to my dear friends who read the last post.

Here’s a story.

Yesterday I was showing a friend how the whole blog thing works. In the process, I wanted to put up an example post, hence the weirdness of my last one.

Well, I forgot to delete it. Rather than people think i’m a nutjob and ignore it, they actually commented on it.

And that’s why I love my friends.

I like music, it’s good.

Yeah, listen to it a lot.

Fresh Brit Rock is hard to come by. Ultimately, it all hails from some recently faded band with faint hopes of sounding an awakening rattle. Some keep it up and grace the thousands of blogs out there. The thing is, I think most people want to keep loving Brit Rock and when they do, they love it. But when it dies, it dies hard.

How much Fratelli’s or Arctic Monkeys are you still listening to?

I feel like Pete and the Pirates are fresh, and we need them. I can’t make any promises. You’ll be able to draw lines from one band to the next and end up at P&P. I just know I keep listening.
